Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd is currently searching for AssistantWaiters / Waitresses to join our team. This team works hard toachieve the highest guest satisfaction with both food quality andservice execution. Some of the main tasks of our waiters andassistant waiters are: setting up tables, explaining the menus,taking orders, serving food and beverages and cleaning tables. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Participates in rotational service delivery schedule, working incasual dining service and various other food and beverage servicevenues. Observes all established security and guest privacyprocedures when delivering to staterooms.
• Provides assistance and support to assigned team of Waiters whileworking in the dining room to ensure efficient and seamless servicedelivery of all meals to guests.
• Learns and uses appropriate food and wine terminology andpronunciation to enhance the guest’s dining experience. Becomesfamiliar with menu descriptions and wine lists in order to discussitems appropriately with guests.
• Presents both food and beverage menus to guests, suggests dinnercourses, appropriate wines and answers questions regarding menu andwine selections per Gold Anchor Standards. Makes recommendations toentice guests while meeting management goals to reduce particularinventory stock.
• Relays order to galley as required and serves courses from galleyand beverages from various locations.
• Performs related duties as required.
