Role:

Turnberry Ocean Colony is seeking a dedicated and professional Server to join our Beach Food & Beverage team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury, beachfront environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As a Beach Server, you’ll be responsible for setting up beach service areas and providing high-level hospitality to our members and guests. Your goal is to create a seamless, relaxing experience by anticipating needs and ensuring comfort throughout their time on the beach.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and break down beach dining and lounge areas daily Take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately Deliver orders in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beach service areas Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams Build positive relationships with members and guests to enhance the luxury experience

Qualifications:

Prior server experience in a high-end or hospitality setting preferred Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
