Cocktail Server (Part-Time) 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 100 East 32nd Street, Hialeah, FL 33013 FUNCTION The Cocktail Server is responsible for serving in an excellent and timely manner and to assure quality guest service and favorable gaming experience.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for taking orders from patrons and returning these orders in a timely manner. Keep area in a clean and orderly manner. Responsible to perform “responsible alcohol service” with regards to patron limitations and pass any/all responsible alcohol service training. Be able to use all bar equipment, cash registers and Beverage System. Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests. Ability to lift 1-50 pounds
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
Maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel. Oral and written communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE A
high school diploma or GED equivalent and six months work experience in cocktail serving. Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license
