DILIDO BEACH CLUB SERVER

The José Andrés Group has partnered with The Ritz Carlton South Beach to bring the award-winning restaurant concepts to Miami Beach, Florida. We are looking for the area’s most talented hospitality professionals to help us as we continue our mission to Change the World Through the Power of Food! We are currently searching for qualified servers to join our team at the Dilido Beach Club. This position would be responsible for serving guests on the beach and at our beachside restaurant and bar. What we would like from you: Exceed guests’ expectations by providing an authentic, friendly, enthusiastic, professional culinary experience paired with impeccable service and a genuine sense of hospitality. A passion for continuous learning and discovery by embracing an active and innovative approach to expanding your knowledge of food and beverage. Knowledge of appropriate table numbers, settings, and service ware. Thorough knowledge of menu items and service procedures. Ability to take direction and work in a team environment. Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure. Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. occasionally. Ability to maneuver throughout the dining area while carrying full trays of food & beverages Confidently communicate with guests and employees. Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment. Will work some nights, holidays and weekends.
