Familiar with spirits, wines, common food allergens & cooking methods, intuitive steps of service, ability to learn menu details and communicate in depth to guests. Guest-centric mentality. Team collaborative mentality. Must speak English. Spanish & other languages a plus. Must be available full time and able to work weekends.
