Fine Dining Server Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Fine Dining Server Balan’s 901 South Miami Avenue, Miami, FL 33131 We are looking for reliable, passionate and experienced servers who are trying to develop their skills, build their experience, and advance their careers. If this is you, we’re looking forward to you joining the Balan’s Brickell team! This position will cover our new Indian pop-up restaurant, which we are seeking fine dining servers for on Tuesday evening, as well as optional shifts at Balan’s for the rest of the week.

WHAT YOU NEED

2+ years experience Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day Must have open availability including late nights, weekends, and holidays Must be a team player and be comfortable working with a team in a very fast-paced environment Put in the maximum effort to maintain a positive and professional attitude daily.

JOB DUTIES

Provide excellent customer experience and the highest standards of service Memorize our recipes and steps of service to deliver a top-notch experience. Ensure that the whole restaurant maintains the highest cleaning standards. Taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele Handle card and cash transactions Other duties as requested by a manager
