Food Runner Serious Sanji Miami, FL 33165 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their food promptly and with exceptional service. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to the dining area while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction. Duties Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Assist servers in providing excellent guest services by anticipating needs and responding promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food handling and timely service. Buss tables and assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Communicate effectively with team members, utilizing Aloha POS for order management. Help with setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
