Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high culinary standards. Assist with food sanitation processes to ensure compliance with health regulations. Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently during service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and special requests. Implement upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and increase sales.
