Job Overview:

We are looking for friendly, adaptable, and motivated Servers to join our team and help create a memorable dining experience at VIP events. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering food and drinks to guests efficiently and courteously, maintaining a spotless service area, and making sure every guest feels valued and well cared for. Key Responsibilities:

Event Set-up and Breakdown:

Assist in setting up service stations, placing silverware, glassware, and other dining components. Clear, clean, and restock service areas promptly after service concludes. Lift and carry trays safely (up to 44 lbs) and dispose of trash promptly. ✅

Serving:

Provide prompt, courteous service to all guests — delivering food and drinks efficiently and accurately. Take orders, answer questions, and make recommendations when appropriate. Monitor tables to anticipate guests’ needs, refill drinks, and clear dishes promptly. Handle special requests or dietary needs with discretion and professionalism. ✅

Team Support:

Be flexible and adaptable — willing to help in other roles if the team needs additional support. Collaborate with teammates and follow instructions from supervisors to make sure service runs smoothly from start to finish.

Physical Ability:

Ability to lift and carry up to 44 lbs frequently and safely. Ability to perform physical tasks — bending, kneeling, lifting, standing for long periods — without discomfort. Willingness to move quickly and navigate a busy environment safely. ✅

Willingness to perform a range of duties — from serving food and drinks to clearing trash — depending on the event’s needs. Ability to stay composed and find solutions when things change or become hectic. ✅

Other Requirements:

At least 18 years of age or older. Reliable transportation to and from events — especially when locations aren’t easily accessible by public transit. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and follow a specific dress code or uniform policy if required. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules. ✅ Work Experience (Preferred but Not Mandatory): Experience in food service, restaurants, or hospitality is a plus, but we’re happy to train motivated people who are eager to learn.
