Part Time Beach Server – DoubleTree by Hilton Ocean Point Resort 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 17375 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 Double Tree by Hilton Ocean Point Resort , a Colwen Hotels property, is seeking experienced and friendly Part Time Beach Server to join our team. You will be the face of our restaurant, providing memorable experiences for our guests. General Responsibilities:

Acknowledge and welcome each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting (use guest name whenever possible) Take orders from guests and deliver to appropriate person to execute Answer questions regarding the menu Maintain knowledge of all menu items and composition Take food and beverage orders and deliver to the kitchen Delivers food, beverages, condiments and other requested items Ensure that food is prepared correctly and to the guest’s satisfaction; return incorrect or improperly cooked items to the kitchen Collect plates and clear table as guests finish their meal Adhere to all applicable Colwen and brand standards for food and beverage service and compliance with state liquor policies Clean designated areas in accordance with defined procedures Ensure sideboards are adequately stocked Set tables to standards, and that all items are clean and in good repair Prepare guest checks and collect payment Assist with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments Perform other related duties as assigned, you may required to perform a variety or duties in multiple departments during a shift

Requirements:
