PT On-Call Banquet Server – DoubleTree by Hilton Ocean Point Resort 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 17375 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 DoubleTree by Hilton Ocean Point Resort, a Colwen Hotels Property, is in search of friendly and professional Part Time On-Call Banquet Servers to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing smooth and efficient food service to guests during events. General Responsibilities:
Ensure banquet rooms are set according to banquet event orders and management specifications. Acknowledge and welcome each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting (use guest name whenever possible). Take orders from guests and deliver to appropriate person to execute. Review and understand event plan at beginning of each shift. Maintain knowledge of all menu items and composition. Delivers food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items. Ensure that food is prepared correctly and to the guest’s satisfaction; return incorrect or improperly cooked items to the kitchen. Collect plates and clear table as guests finish their meal. Adhere to all applicable Colwen and brand standards for food and beverage service and compliance with state liquor policies. Clean designated areas in accordance with defined procedures. Ensure sideboards are adequately stocked. Set tables to standards, and that all items are clean and in good repair. Assist with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
