The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to thrive in both fine dining and nightclub settings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are handled efficiently and accurately. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately using OpenTable or other ordering systems. Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly while ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are met. Assist in bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing surfaces and utensils as needed. Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as required. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences, enhancing their dining experience. Qualifications Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays of food and beverages weighing up to 25 pounds.
