Server Flight West 5894 Sunset Dr, South Miami, FL 33143 Server – Miami, FL | Competitive Pay About Us We’re seeking experienced Servers to deliver warm, attentive service and guide guests through our unique menu and beverage pairings. Flight West Miami is aiming to open on August 15th. We will be reviewing applications and conducting interviews through July, with the goal of onboarding our Head Chef in advance of opening to lead training and prep. Role Overview Servers should be comfortable working with a rotating menu and explaining specials with confidence. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and take orders accurately Memorize rotating specials and suggest pairings Ensure timely delivery and presentation of dishes Handle payments, communicate with kitchen/bar Maintain section cleanliness and reset tables Qualifications 1+ year serving experience Strong communication and multi-tasking skills Ability to upsell confidently Friendly, polished, and attentive Compensation Competitive pay based on experience
