The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami, located at 10295 CollinsAvenue, Bal Harbour, FL, 33154 currently has the followingopportunity: Server-Banquets (14002548): Prepare coffee breaks, carts, andstations with appropriate food and beverages as stated in BanquetEvent Order. Prepare tables, action stations, buffets, servicecarts, dessert table/carts and cordial carts. Communicateadditional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and specialrequests to the kitchen. Ensure courses are cleared and tables areproperly crumbed. Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquetevent arrangements. Replenish buffet items to ensure consistencyand freshness in presentation. Monitor tableware to ensure it ispresentable to guests. Monitor and maintain cleanliness,sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.

Bus tables by removing and separating tableware, plateware,glassware, and flatware. Follow all company and safety and securitypolicies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafework conditions to manager; and complete safety training andcertifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are cleanand professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation, protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge allguests according to company standards, anticipate and addressguests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, andthank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others usingclear and professional language. Support team to reach commongoals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations andstandards.

Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or foran entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and placeobjects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds withoutassistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested bySupervisors.
