Role:
Turnberry Ocean Colony, a luxury oceanfront residential community in Sunny Isles, is seeking professional and service-driven Beach Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to our residents and guests while providing food and beverage service directly to their beach setups. If you love working outdoors and have a passion for hospitality, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Set up and break down beach service stations and resident beach setups Take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly and accurately Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting beach environment Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all residents and guests Anticipate and respond to guest needs in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service Follow all property policies, safety, and health standards
Requirements:
Previous experience as a server in a hotel, resort, or luxury residential environment preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and carry trays, beach chairs, and supplies (up to 40 pounds) Professional, polished appearance and demeanor Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed Reliable transportation to Sunny Isles Beach Authorized to work in the
