Server/Busser Red door Asian Bistro 3881 NE 163rd Street, North Miami Beach, FL 33160 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Server or Buster to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. You can come in at any time between 12pm-4pm Mon-Fri for an interview. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Ensure that all orders are presented beautifully and meet the restaurant’s quality standards. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively. Adhere to food safety and handling protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding order status and special requests. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Requirements Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems Strong understanding of food safety practices. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to lift heavy trays of food and navigate through crowded environments safely. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
