The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami, located at 455 Grand Bay Dr,Key Biscayne, FL, 33149 currently has the followingopportunity: Server- Key pantry /Seasonal (140025U8): Complete opening andclosing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools,cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Set up,stock, and maintain work areas. Input orders into cash registersystem and collect payment from customer. Take orders, record inMICROS system and prepare food and coffee beverages. Ensure thatappliances (e.g., coffee makers) are turned on/off at theappropriate times. Bus coffee cart areas and tables. Clean dishes,utensils, work areas, tables and equipment throughout the day.

Obtain change required for expected business level. Count bank atend of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve anydiscrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank. Follow allcompany and safety and security policies and procedures; reportaccidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; andcomplete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform andpersonal appearance are clean and professional, maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information, and protect companyassets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to companystandards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assistindividuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuineappreciation. Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage. Develop and maintain positive working relationships withothers, and support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence toquality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull,and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds withoutassistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time period.
