Server/Waiter Urbanica The Hotels Miami Beach, FL 33139 Overview We are seeking dedicated Servers for Breakfast to join our team and provide excellent dining experiences to our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner Present menus and explain daily specials to customers Take accurate food and drink orders Serve food and beverages promptly Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction Process payments using cash registers and handle cash transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitize dining areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service Experience Prior experience in the culinary or food service industry is preferred Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Familiarity with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus Basic math skills for order accuracy and bill calculations Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Knowledge of proper sanitation practices
