Server/Waiter 2.1 2.1 out of 5 stars Miami, FL 33134 We are a craft brewpub located in the heart of Coral Gables. We have a specialty food menu, large Australian wine list and a unique and high quality back bar. We are looking for an enthusiastic server to join our team and bring experience, value and teamwork to our existing and future teams. There is room for growth within the role and within our organization which contains 5 locations. Craft beer knowledge and interest is required. Serving experience also required. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Perform weekly scheduled cleaning tasks Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Resume and proven working experience as a server Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Strong teamwork focus Pre-requisite application test You will receive a request to complete a short assessment from “sprockets”: completion of this assessment is a pre-requisite to the hiring process with us, so please complete it as soon as possible after you receive it.
