163rd Street, North Miami Beach, FL 33160 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring guests receive prompt, friendly service while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders while ensuring all requests are met. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all items are presented beautifully. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies at all times. Requirements Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or fine dining establishment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Experience in a nightclub setting is a plus but not required. Culinary knowledge or experience with food preparation is advantageous but not mandatory.
