Key Biscayne, FL 33149 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for food service, and the ability to thrive in a busy atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain high standards of hygiene. Process payments accurately using cash registers or other payment systems. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Skills Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Knowledge of food service practices, including food handling and safety regulations. Strong culinary knowledge to provide recommendations on menu items. Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to work effectively in a nightclub or high-energy environment is preferred. Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining attention to detail.
