Server/Waiter Amand 365 Brickell Key Dr, Miami, FL 33131 Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our fine dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, possess strong time management skills, and be adept at building rapport with guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons enjoy their meals and have an unforgettable dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience while maximizing sales. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Process payments accurately and efficiently using the restaurant’s point-of-sale system, such as OpenTable. Experience Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of guest relations practices and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with food safety guidelines and best practices in the food industry. Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately.
