Ideal candidates will have experience in the food industry, particularly in nightlife settings, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow and timely delivery of orders. Adhere to all food safety regulations and practices, including proper food handling techniques. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal. Skills Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in the nightclub or fast-paced dining environments is preferred. Ability to perform basic math calculations for order processing and payments. Familiarity with culinary terminology and menu items is beneficial. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated during busy shifts.
