Take-Out Server Sushi Sake Miami Gardens 1608 NE Miami Gardens Drive, Miami, FL 33179 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining positive guest relations. Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all special requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are completed correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods. Experience
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a supportive team atmosphere.
