Position:
Fine Dining Server
Job Responsibilities
Provide warm greetings to guests, ensuring a welcoming and personalized service.
Efficiently take and process food and drink orders, catering to special requests and promptly checking for guest satisfaction.
Maintain attentive and courteous service throughout the dining experience, adhering to the café’s high standards.
Perform essential duties including opening and closing tasks, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness in line with health standards.
Have a thorough understanding of the menu, specials, and the café’s unique offerings to make informed recommendations.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and professional approach.
Ensure a clean and professional appearance at all times and participate actively in team briefings.
Skills and Experience
Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant experience.
Basic computer literacy.
Fluent in English
Eligible to work in the United States
Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
