II. ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist in carrying food to tables on tray and/or by hand by course in front of each person Sets up the expo station Sets up the salad station and replenishes dressings Informs the BOH of low stock items that need re-ordering (dressings, salsa, guacamole, fruit) Breaks down the Expo line at the end of the shift Restocks underline plates and doilies Wipes down all trays pre, during and post shift Assists in calling tickets during slow times May assist banquet personnel in setting up, serving and cleaning up after banquet functions Help to maintain fully stocked buffet Other duties as assigned
