The Opportunity:

AM Ravello Server Assistant Who We Look For:

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support in our breakfast restaurant, Ravello who has prior experience in Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities:

Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions

Minimum Qualifications:

Background in fine dining with an emphasis on high volume is preferred Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
