Bar Server The CigarBox Orlando 5636 Hansel Avenue, Orlando, FL 32809 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic BarServer to join our team in a fast-paced, Cigar Lounge environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences by delivering high-quality wine, Beer and beverage service while ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate alcohol and beverage orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted and accommodated. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining attention to detail in presentation and quality. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their stay, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all patrons. Assist with private event services as needed, demonstrating flexibility in various dining settings. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality is welcomed but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Experience in bartending or banquet service is a plus but not required. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail under pressure. A positive attitude and willingness to help create an enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
