As a Busser / Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals and have an unforgettable experience. Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Sanitate work areas and adhere to all food handling safety guidelines.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while maintaining high service standards. Qualifications
• Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required.
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices is essential.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple guests simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
