Full Job Description Wait Staff Assistant:

Assistance with set-up (Set up chairs, prepare tables with linens, silverware and glasses, etc.) Facilitate the proper organization and cleanliness of venue Welcoming guests to the venue Serve food and drinks to event attendees Provide relevant information to event attendees Assistance with break-down Various other tasks deemed necessary

Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years of previous experience in a similar role Knowledge of food preparation, culinary techniques, and food safety practices Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to assist with bussing tables Outstanding customer service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences
