JOB SUMMARY:

Provides friendly, courteous assistance to guests while answering questions and directing guests within a specific food service area. Maintain internal and external crowd control. Responsible for being familiar with various restaurant cuisines, basic menu offerings and general park knowledge.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcomes and greets guests, accommodates guests with special needs, quotes wait times, maintains an efficient wait list, directs guests to appropriate waiting areas and takes reservations. Escorts guests to table, reviews menu specials and provide guests with menus. Answers questions about the specific food operation & possesses full knowledge of food and beverage products served. Coordinates the orderly movement of people by monitoring table turns, walking the dining room, managing seating plans and understanding service capacities. Assist bussers in cleaning and resetting tables. Keeps venue clean and free of litter at all times. Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

High school degree or GED preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Customer service/guest relations experience preferred Previous experience in a food and beverage environment helpful Equivalent combination of education and experience

JOB SUMMARY:

Bussers (Tipped) have a unique opportunity to play a part in making sure our guests dining experience is both exceptional and one of a kind. When you set our table, you set the standard!

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleans and sanitizes tables, chairs, counters and fixtures in the dining area. Maintains a clean and enjoyable environment for our guests by sweeping and/or mopping floors, cleaning and emptying garbage receptacles, condiment stands and making sure that dirty trays are being returned to the dish room. Stocks and replenishes condiment stands with all the necessary supplies. Assists guests with their requests/needs including high chairs, booster seats, etc.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for delivery of food and beverage in a full service restaurant while providing positive guest relations. Anticipates and fills guest needs to provide guest satisfaction by performing the following duties.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures plates are properly garnish and meet food quality standards before delivering items and serving to guests. Must have full knowledge of table numbers, seating positions, menu items, ingredients and must be able to describe items to guests. Maintains guest satisfaction, responds to guest requests and communicate needs to appropriate team member. Adheres to opening and closing duties. Engages and interacts with guests and employees in a positive outgoing manner. Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION

Experience:

Must be eighteen years of age to serve alcoholic beverages. Related work experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
