As a Hookah Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hookah experiences to our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively, handle hookah preparation and serving, and provide outstanding customer service will be key to your success in this role. Experience in serving, hookah or nightlife settings is preferred, as you will be working in an upscale atmosphere that values culinary excellence and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet guest and take hookah orders accurately and efficiently. Make hookah properly according to training guide and to sanitary guidelines. Deliver hookah safely and efficiently to guests at their table And clean up hookah after guests have left. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their hookah experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of sales. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Qualifications Previous experience in a hookah serving or nightlife is preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus. Training will be provided Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members positively. A passion for culinary arts and providing exceptional guest experiences is essential.
