The Opportunity:

PB&G Food Runner Who We Look For:

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support at our relaxing, outdoor poolside restaurant, PB&G. Inspired by local waters, vegetation and farms of the south, take ease with familiar favorites and southern comforts.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that food and beverages are delivered to the table in a timely manner Clear tables of any dirty dishes between courses Assist with any clean up, set up and break down of the dining room

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong food knowledge is required Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in Food & beverage Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers. Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions. High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team. A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
