Hilton Orlando is searching for a Poolside Server to join our seasonal team at Tropics Bar! A vibrant resort hotel, in the heart of Orlando’s International Drive, and connected to the South side of the Orlando Orange County Convention Center by a covered walkway, this 1400+ room property offers six dining outlets and seamlessly blends extensive leisure offerings with world class business amenities.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, experience as a food runner or food server, and availability 2 of the 3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Shift Pattern:

Seasonal from February – September, 2025, weekend availability is needed for this role

Pay Rate:

$9.98 / hour + tips

What will I be doing?
As a Poolside Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.
Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate pointofsale system.
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
Serve alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
Ensure serving station is wellstocked at all times.
