Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced servers to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate has a background in fine dining, a strong knowledge of hospitality standards, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Experience with Japanese cuisine or sushi is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to every guest Guide guests through our food and beverage menus with confidence Collaborate with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service Upsell food, drink, and omakase supplements based on guest preferences Maintain a clean and organized section at all times Follow all sanitation and safety procedures Handle POS transactions accurately

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of fine dining server experience required Japanese cuisine or sushi experience strongly preferred Must be available to work at least 4 shifts per week, including Sundays and holidays Strong communication and multitasking skills Team player with a professional and guest-first attitude Must have reliable transportation and punctuality
