Server Tamale Co Modern Mexican Kitchen 2401 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, FL 32804 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to guests while ensuring their satisfaction throughout the meal. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism. Process payments using the POS system accurately. Uphold restaurant standards for guest services and hospitality at all times. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. A background in food service or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory. A willingness to help out in the kitchen as needed during busy periods is appreciated.
