The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Ensure all food safety standards are met by properly sanitizing work areas and utensils. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care. Process transactions using Aloha POS or similar systems, ensuring accuracy in billing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures. Proficient in using Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems for order processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
