North John Young Parkway, Orlando, FL 32804 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and satisfied. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Skills Strong customer service skills with a passion for the food industry. Experience with food preparation and knowledge of food safety standards is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive guest experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members. Strong attention to detail in order taking, food presentation, and cleanliness standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
