$26K – $40.4K a year 2 days ago Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Serving Japanese cuisine 1 year Food safety Restaurant experience Entry level Full Job Description Role and Responsibilities Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the guests’ tables rapidly and accurately While delivering food, introduce food item and guest and place down gently on table Offer additional condiments as needed Assist Back of the House by placing plates in designated area throughout shift when clean Go through reservations for the evening with the host and ensure tables are set up ahead of time for service according to party size/special seating arrangements. Ensure while delivering food that allergies are a top priority Bring dirty plates, glasses and silverware to the dishwasher Answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items Contribute to the overall team effort by creating memorable experiences for all guests Reset tables with proper table setting Ensure stations are well-stocked and maintained at all times Assist the bar throughout the shift, this includes grabbing ice when low and helping out with dirty glassware Follow all relevant health department regulations Report if inventory is low on any item Bathrooms clean and sanitize toilet and sinks before and after shift regularly check off cleaning/sanitation schedule for bathroom maintenance throughout the shift ‘ ‘
