As a Server, you’ll guide each guest through their meal with warmth, confidence, and genuine care—making every visit feel special.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a smile and make thoughtful menu recommendations Take and serve orders with accuracy, efficiency, and Disney-level service Upsell specials and beverages where appropriate Maintain your section, reset tables quickly, and keep the space guest-ready Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines Collaborate with the team to create a seamless, welcoming atmosphere

Key Requirements:

Minimum of one year of hospitality or restaurant experience preferred. Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate in English. Ability to carry, push, or pull equipment and food items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to obtain a State of Florida Food Safety Certificate and a Florida Responsible Vendors Certificate. Capable of performing all necessary job functions and working around food allergens. Comfortable working in varied environments, including kitchens, coolers, and outdoors. Availability to work weekends and holidays. Ability to arrive for all assigned shifts on time. Compliance with company appearance guidelines. Experience in high-volume, upscale dining and knowledge of Mexican cuisine are a plus.
