The beautiful, family friendly Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking a PartTime Server to join their team at the poolside bar, Shades! This 1000+ room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs® and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1year previous experience as a server, 12 years of customer service, and is comfortable working outside in the sun!

Shift Pattern:

Full availability required. 8hour shift between 9AM and 10:30PM 24 shifts per week

Pay Rate:

$9.98 per hour plus tips

What will I be doing?
As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate pointofsale system
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
Serve alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
Ensure serving station is wellstocked at all times
