The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, to enhance the guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Process cash handling transactions accurately, ensuring accountability at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems, particularly Aloha POS is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
