$600-$900/week | 20-35 hours per week Café-Boutique PIANO is hiring part-time Servers! We’re a European-inspired, family-run restaurant in the heart of Winter Park, and we’re searching for upbeat, responsible, and people-loving individuals to join our front-of-house team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming guests with genuine hospitality and seating them comfortably Explaining our menu, offering thoughtful recommendations, and answering questions Taking food and drink orders precisely and ensuring timely service Creating a warm, positive dining experience for every guest Helping keep the dining area tidy, organized, and inviting Working closely with the team to keep service smooth and efficient

What We’re Looking For:

Some knowledge of wine and comfort recommending pairings Prior restaurant or café experience (1+ year preferred) Strong people skills—friendly, patient, and great at communicating Ability to handle multiple tables and stay calm under pressure Dependable, punctual, and sharp with details
