As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your expertise in mixology and customer service will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food offerings, to provide recommendations and pairings to guests. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed, while minimizing waste. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent service while addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Skills Proven experience in food service or bartending within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order management. Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus, showcasing an understanding of high-quality service standards. Proficient math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes accurately. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
