The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience and increase overall sales. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for incoming guests. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for both guests and staff. Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred, particularly in a fast-paced setting such as a nightclub or casual dining establishment. Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately and effectively managing tabs. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
