This position involves assisting with the smooth operation of our dining establishments and cafes by efficiently delivering food and beverages, ensuring timely service, and supporting the front-of-house team.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and acknowledge all guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere in line with company standards. Deliver food and beverages to tables accurately and promptly, ensuring that all orders meet guest expectations. Set and clear tables for service, maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the dining area. Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed, providing support during busy periods to ensure efficient service. Adhere to company safety and security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management, and complete all required safety training. Carry out other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors to support overall operations. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is required. Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to speak English fluently and interact effectively with both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in alignment with company standards. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, and stoop as needed. Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift. Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
