We offer our guests a cozy interior and a charming patio garden experience. At Kixi Cafe, we believe in creating unforgettable moments for our guests through exceptional service and high-quality food and beverages. We’re looking for: An enthusiastic and customer-oriented Cafe Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to providing our guests with an excellent dining experience. •Must have availability on Wednesday and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and guide them through our menu offerings. Take orders accurately and provide recommendations when requested. Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner. Maintain knowledge of our menu items, including awareness of any changes or specials. Handle cash and card transactions with integrity. Ensure the dining area is clean and inviting at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a server role is preferred, but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a positive attitude. Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent.
