The perfect candidate will have a very high standard of personal appearance and demonstrate the ability to build relationships with VIP clientele. A minimum of 2 years’ serving experience in a fine dining environment, good communication and organizational skills are required.

• Must be able to work in a team-based environment.
• Proficiency in educating guests about our food and beverage offerings.
• Wine, spirit, and food knowledge is a must.
• Development of service capabilities.
• Willingness to develop service standard related aspects of gracious hospitality.
