Dietary Servers – Independent Living Facility We’re looking for dependable and friendly Dietary Servers to join our team at The Cascades Residences, an Independent Living community where quality service and meaningful connections make all the difference. In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming dining experience by assisting residents with meal service in a courteous and attentive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents during meal times Serve meals in an organized, timely, and respectful way Maintain cleanliness of the dining area before, during, and after service Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Build positive relationships with residents and team members
What We’re Looking For:
Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required Strong customer service and communication skills A positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with seniors Dependability and the ability to work flexible shifts
