They oversee all aspects of customer service, from seating guests to resolving complaints. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in head serving or similar roles. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Experience with POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
